Andrey P. Nechushkin - head of the Department of investments and project support of Krasnodar region, the state counselor of the 3 class in Krasnodar region.
He was born on February, 12th, 1965. In 1990 he graduated the Kuban state university with a specialization in Jurisprudence.
His career in Government executive bodies Andrey Pavlovich began having an experience of legal practice in sphere of labor-management relations.
From 1994 to 2003 he has worked as the Chief Specialist, the Head of department, the Vice-director of the Licensing Chamber of the Krasnodar city administration.
Since 2003 Andrey Pavlovich has been the Head of department, then the Head of the Management of the Department of economic development, investments and external relations of Krasnodar region. Since March, 2005 he has been the Senior Executive Vice-President of the Head of Department of project support of Krasnodar region. Since August, 2006 Andrey Pavlovich has worked as the Senior Executive Vice-President of the Head of Department of investments and project support of Krasnodar region.
On June, 26th, 2008 by the order of the Head of the Administration of Krasnodar region he was nominated as the Head of the Department of investments and project support of Krasnodar region.
