On July 22, 2010 the Guarantee Fund of small business subjects support held a competition among the credit organizations on the right of cooperation agreement conclusion with the Fund on granting of guarantees.

Winners of competition are the following 10 banks: Clientsky Bank, OJSC; CB Rosenergobank, CJSC; CB Yug-Investbank, OJSC; АК-BARS Bank, OJSC; CB Kuban universal bank, OJSC; CB Cedar, LLC; National bank of business development, OJSC; AB Kubanbank, OJSC; Baltinvestbank, OJSC; Gelendzhik-Bank, OJSC.

The primary goal of the Guarantee Fund is as much as possible to simplify availability of bank credits to businessmen possessing insufficient mortgaging base. As a whole, program development will allow the credit organizations to expand client base, and to businessmen will help to get access to credit resources and to open new prospects of development.
