The sector of land-judicial documentation execution on the principle of "Single Window" is the structural subdivision of the department of investments and project support of the Krasnodar region. It carries out the activity according to ratified section Regulations. The sector takes active part in realization of investment policy of the Krasnodar region, executing the following functions: - monitoring of investment projects implementation on the territory of Krasnodar region;
- taking part in preparation the suggestions in perfection of the Russian Federation and Krasnodar region legislation; taking part in creation the regional normatively legal base in sphere of investments, developing measures of stimulating the investment activity and forming favorable investment climate in the region;
- providing informational and consulting help to the legal entities and citizens in cases of registration of land-judicial documentation;
- interaction with self-governing authorities in supporting investment projects which are realizing on the territory of municipal formations; organization of revelation works in cases of land-law breach;
- providing control for observance the terms of permissions outgiving and land-judicial documents preparation on all stages of land plots forming;
- in the prescribed manner providing assistance in supporting the investment projects from the moment of declaration filing till assignment of land plot to investor.
