A delegation of Krasnodar region will take part in the work of XXII International exhibition of commercial property "MIPIM-2011", which will be carried out on 8 – 11 of March in Cannes city (French Republic). Our region takes part in this prestigious forum at Cote d'-Azur for the 11th time. The major aims of the participation in the exhibition are a presentation of the investment potential of our region, a contactual function and a development of cooperation with foreign and domestic investors. The exposition of the region will be placed in the Palace of Festivals, in the exhibition hall Azur 01 at the area of 500 square meters. Attention of potential partners will be attracted to scaled investment projects in the sphere of commercial and housing property, building of habitation, hotels of high class, resort, recreation, retail and entertainment complex, logistics objects. Nowadays the exhibition "MIPIM" is the largest, the most authoritative and representative investment forum in Europe. It is the key event, which is able in four days to commune together professionals of the real estate market, large investors, developers, representatives of power structures and banking sector. Business program of "MIPIM-2011" includes the holding of the whole range of conferences and seminars, where the special attention will be shown to issues of financial innovations and elaboration of new models of economic and social development at macrolevel. As predicted by the organizers of the exhibition, "MIPIM-2011" will be visited by about 30 thousand participants – investors, representatives of leading development and consulting companies, architects and creator of concepts of territories’ development.
