The presentation of gambling area "Azov-City" was carried out in Krasnodar on the 30th of May. Krasnodar region was first who suggested to business ready investment project "Azov-City" that is the southernmost gambling area of the country. To work out the development concept of "Azov-City" Krasnodar region got American consulting company "Innovation Group" involved. After carrying out a marketing search "Innovation Group" confirmed: investments in southern gambling area will be perspective and profitable for business. The presentation gathered more than 200 Russian and foreign companies. The first vice-governor of the region and the head of regional headquarters of gambling area mastering Alexander Remezkov presented to business the prospects of Azov-City development. Potential investors got acknowledge with local plan of gambling area and received guarantees from regional authorities that all utility will be built till June, 1, 2009 at the expense of regional budget and Russian natural monopolies. - Till July, 2009 at the first-priority plot of gambling area "Azov-City" investors will get 7 megawatt of electricity, 1.5 thousand cubic meters of water per day, 800 cubic meters of gas per hour. Access to transportation to gambling area till this time will be provided with airport of Ejsk through regular flight connection with Moscow, and direct bys runs Ejsk – "Azov-City" with luxury cars, business-aviation, sea taxi and car ferry. The jackpot will get those entrepreneurs who will become the pioneers of "Azov-City". Maximum profit will be ensured to those businessmen who will first build here casinos, pits, hotels. At the day of the presentation the administration of Krasnodar region signed an agreement of strategic partnership in the development of "Azov-City" with the largest operator of gambling business in Europe – the "Casino-Austria" Company. ASATI Company also staked on "Azov-City". In Vienne Austrian businessmen signed the investment agreement with regional administration. The company expressed the willingness to build under innovative technologies 100 thousand square meters for gambling joints in Azov-City. According to the company’s representatives any businessman can rent them. The company plans to invest in this project about 100 million dollars. In perspective, not just "Zero city" will grow at Azov seaside, but new modern resort, which will provide annual inflow of 6.5 million tourists. It will be the unique combination of gaming and active rest. Incomes from gambling business in this area are valued in 1.5-2 billion dollars per year. Investors have the possibility to build in "Azov-City" at seaside high-yielding objects that is hotels and restaurants, gambling joints and casinos, amusement parks, golf-clubs, horse complexes, automobile shows, concert halls, oceanariums and aquaparks, and also apartment houses of economy-class for maintenance staff.
